Reading Competition Egypt
It’s that time again!
CleverTech is launching their 4th Annual Reading Competition to promote reading across Egypt. Whether you are already using our products or not, your school is invited to participate and win BIG PRIZES!
International & National school* students from KG1 to Grade 8 are welcome to take part in this exciting reading challenge, where prizes will be awarded to the Top Readers (1st, 2nd, 3rd place), Top Teacher and Top School across Egypt.
An engraved gold medal will also be awarded to the Top Student within each participating school, along with an official Award Ceremony.
All you have to do is motivate your students to read as many age-appropriate books from Level Up or the Reading Room and earn as many stars as you can in 30 days on Raz-Kids and Vocabulary A-Z!
Start Date: February 5, 2025
End Date: February 28, 2025
Stars earned will automatically be calculated and can be viewed in the Reports tab on the teacher portal. We will send out a recorded webinar to guide you through the features of our platforms and the rules of the competition.
Winners will be announced on March 18, 2025.

If you are NEW to Learning A-Z, CleverTech will get you started by setting up your school with a trial account for the entire duration of the competition.
If you are already users, the school registration suffice. All students and teachers that already have license will enter the competition after the school’s registration.
*Requirements for participation:
– Schools with 5+ classrooms
– Each Classroom should at least have 15 students
** Individual student registrations are not accepted.

Competition Integrity and Fair Usage Policy
To ensure fairness and the educational value of the competition, participants must adhere to the following guidelines when using the platform. Any violation of these terms may result in disqualification at the end of the competition.
Violations Include:
1. Reading Outside Assigned Levels
- Accessing books far above or below the student’s independent reading level.
2. Skipping Pages
- Skipping through pages without fully engaging with the text.
3. Repetitive Interactivities
- Repeating interactive activities excessively without valid educational purpose.
4. Incomplete or Blank Submissions
- Submitting empty or incomplete work that does not meet competition criteria.
Monitoring and Consequences:
- Platform activity is regularly monitored for compliance with these guidelines.
- Any misuse detected will be reviewed, and the participant may be disqualified if violations are confirmed.
We encourage all participants to engage with the platform responsibly and focus on the educational goals of the competition.
